LUXURY
Our Legacy SS24

The latest Our Legacy collection explored themes of light and temperature, drawing inspiration from the transition from winter to spring in Sweden. The collection, titled Snow in April, reflected the uncertainty of this seasonal shift through versatile layering and inter-seasonal garments. Designs featured breathable fabrics and a blend of earthy tones with urban elements, creating a balance between whimsical forest troll aesthetics and sophisticated city wear. Additionally, the collection incorporated vintage fades, bondage accessories, and VHS horror movie-inspired prints, showcasing a unique blend of nostalgia and contemporary style that resonates with everyday life experiences.
WORKWEAR
Mogami Terra Sandal

The market for Vermont dad’s daily driver footwear, aka waterproof sandals that aren’t regular flip-flops, is white-hot these days. As we saw in the March 1st edition of TIM, it’s no longer just Crocs and Teva’s in town, and now Birkenstock has thrown its hat in the arena. The Mogami Terra sandal is only $99 and is sure to be sturdy since it was built by Germans. It comes in four colors to explore as well.
STREETWEAR
Pleasures x Joy Division

LA streetwear label Pleasures and artist Joy Division have collaborated again for a second collection. The line includes a varsity jacket featuring the Unknown Pleasures cover art, a "Tear Us Apart" hoodie, work pants referencing the band's tracks, and various T-shirts paying homage to their hits. The collection also includes accessories like neckties and sunglasses adorned with Unknown Pleasures iconography. The new Joy Division x PLEASURES collection was made available on March 22 on PLEASURES' webstore.
FORMAL WEAR
Alex Crane Linen

A linen shirt is really the bedrock of any good outfit for men in the summer, especially formal summer looks. I, for one, am looking to build out a roster of linen shirt and pant options earlier rather than later, and Alex Crane linen ensures that I won't be doing this exercise every year due to poor quality that can’t go the distance. Step 1? One white linen shirt.
OFFICE WEAR
Koio Sneakers

In a world with a few too many attempts at minimalist sneakers, I think Koio is doing it well. They have a deep bench of sneakers that would fit into most office footwear landscapes, and the utter lack of branding is a refreshing step change from the preponderance of Common Projects, whose proliferation I liken to the lantern fly invasion in New York City. This one pictured above feels the right balance between versatile and fancy.
ONE LAST THING….
Well I sure hope not!!
