Low Key Crossbody

Crossbody bags have experienced as much growth as NVDA in the 2020s, but I’ve found that they’re unfortunately always branded. That’s what makes the Caiden Bag in black from The Row so refreshing. I don’t see a brand anywhere… Hell, I can’t even find the closure. It’s big enough to actually fit things while remaining tightly glued to your body contour. You’re obviously paying a premium for the Olsen twins, but The Row continues to deliver quiet luxuries like few else can.

WORKWEAR
Rainbow Sandals

Flip-flops don’t have to be the wafer-thin excuse for footwear that many of us are used to. Rainbow sandals are quite literally a luxury good in my book. The double layer arch support model has every visual element of a high quality sandal — genuine leather, waxed finish, out-of-the-box distressing — as well as being a truly comfortable piece of footwear. Leave the mass-produced trash in July. Invest in double-layer Rainbows and you’ll never look back.

STREETWEAR
Kapital to Patagonia: “Hold my Beer”

Kapital has beaten Patagonia at its own game: the fuzzy fleece pullover. It shouldn’t be surprising that Kapital, the Japanese masters of denim, have entered a category and made a better product than an incumbent power. Their Fleece Pullover, found on Grailed, puts to bed any non-vintage Patagonia in my book. I’m not a medium, but anyone who fits in it would be lucky to have this thing.

FORMAL WEAR
Seersucker Suit

This certainly isn’t an accessory, but the Stripe Cotton Seersucker Blazer by Thom Browne is a sharp pick for those who want to add a bit of flair to their summer suit selection. This blazer is made from 100% cotton, which keeps it light and easy to wear when it’s hot out. With its classic seersucker pattern in a light gray hue, it offers a nod to the past while staying fresh and current. This is now on markdown at Nordstrom, too.

OFFICE WEAR
Cheeky Sling Bag

If you’re someone that leaves your computer at the office, then you only need a smaller bag for key items and maybe some lunch? In that case, something about this sling bag from Our Legacy caught my eye… This tote is tough due to the cotton canvas material, while professional due to color choice, lines and simplicity of design.
