On Group Desserts

I had the pleasure this weekend of getting a plate of profiteroles for dessert, and was reminded why they are likely the best restaurant dessert ever for groups. While tiramisu remains the ultimate king, getting three to five small pastries of dough, filled with cream/custard, and topped with chocolate sauce is the reason why the adage “gotta leave room for dessert” exists. I was sent to Flavor Town and now want to find more places that offer these things. Please give them a try at a French bistro near you at the next available opportunity.
