Norse Projects
This polo is knit from 100% merino lambswool in a 7-gauge single ply, spun from Italian yarn and made in Italy. Set-in sleeves, a full needle collar, and a two-button placket with corozo buttons keep the construction clean. A 2x2 rib at the hem and cuffs holds the shape. A branded tab at the hem is the only visible logo.
Norse Projects
The Nordrevik is a raglan-sleeve sweater knit from a 60% superfine alpaca, 10% merino, 30% polyamide blend, which keeps it light and airy rather than dense. Fully fashioned raglan seams and a sportswear-referenced v-notch rib at the neck give it a bit of shape, with matching rib at the cuffs and hem. Knitted in Italy, assembled in Tunisia.

Save Khaki
Save Khaki weaves this oxford in a hopsack cotton on American looms, so it lands heavier and more textured than a standard oxford cloth. It comes pre-shrunk and garment dyed, which gives the olive a slightly muted, worn-in cast from the first wear. A button-down collar and left chest pocket keep the shape classic, and the modern fit runs close through the body. Made in the USA.
Save Khaki
The Terry Camp Shirt is cut from an American-made knitted twill, full through the body with a camp collar that works open or buttoned. Garment dyeing gives the black a faded, lived-in read rather than a flat, new-off-the-rack black. Double chest pockets, double back-yoke pleats, and a straight hem mean it's built to sit untucked over shorts or chinos. 100% made in the USA, fabric through assembly.

Online Ceramics
These guys aren’t really streetwear people, they’re hippies. 90s internet blog vibes. They sell bumper stickers on their site. They appear to be vegetarians and pacifists. You get the idea… I just think the stuff looks cool.

The Dancing Frogs hoodie is cut from a heavy 380 GSM cotton, garment dyed and screen printed by hand in Los Angeles. The frog artwork runs across the front in Online Ceramics' signature hand-drawn line style, more psychedelic show flyer than streetwear logo. Fits true to size.

The Friends hat is a 100% cotton six-panel cap, embroidered in Los Angeles rather than printed, which gives the graphic some texture and durability a flat print wouldn't hold. Simple, low-profile shape that works as a quiet nod for anyone who knows the brand.

Grayers
The Nelson trades a lapel for a stand-up collar, cut from 100% ramie in a sturdy twill weave. Ramie behaves like a tougher, more breathable cousin of linen with a similar sheen. Chambray piping at the seams and yoke, a weathered wash, and functioning button-through sleeves round it out. Sleeve lining is polyester taffeta.
Grayers
The Bal Harbour is cut from 100% yarn-dyed linen with a two-button front and a center vent back. It sits unconstructed and half lined in cotton poplin, with piped seams and two patch pockets keeping the build clean. Light enough for polos and chinos, sharp enough for a wedding.

Observations in the Wild v1: Tailored Shirting

I thought this guy I was walking behind on 59th Street yesterday had a great shirt.
You can clearly tell it’s a made-to-measure shirt because of those two darts on the back panel. They’re the vertical lines extending up and down, which an experienced tailor utilizes to bring in any extra bunching or piling up of fabric that so often happens with a shirt off the rack. That’s especially true for thinner guys, but even for regular sized torsos! Americans are a pretty thicque people, so the fabric allowances used in our market always leans towards excess.
The best part is that this is just a white, cotton poplin shirt. It’s not like he’s buying crazy expensive fabric. He just got a shirt that was tailored to his body specifically. And it fit perfectly. I love that.
Bonus points are awarded for:
Small canvas tote bag, pretty much empty (it’s modern to commute with minimal stuff)
Baseball cap for after-work UV protection
Side-adjuster trousers (instead of a pant with belt loops)
Not pictured, but he had navy suede Belgian loafers that were 10/10
A Cartier Santos in yellow gold and steel
Phone without a case (some people choose violence, it’s a free country)
tl;dr: tailoring = good
