LUXURY
Loro Piana Men’s Fall 2024

For those new to the brand, understand that everything this company makes exists in a quality class of its own. It’s not hard 8s or soft 9s — it’s all 10s. For those that are familiar, welcome back. Balancing classic and contemporary, Loro Piana's Fall Winter 2024 collection is a centennial celebration, delving into a century of history and heritage. Somehow you could picture a suave 80-year-old as well as Kendall Roy in many of these pieces.

WORKWEAR
The Bing of Work Boots

In a world where Timberland gets the most coverage, it might be easy to forget about Red Wing boots. The 6-inch Classic Moc is synonymous with Red Wing Heritage. The boot's unmistakable moc toe and Traction Tred outsole form a timeless silhouette, and a split reverse storm welt provides added water resistance. For over a century, Red Wing boots have innovated construction techniques to make some of the most durable boots and shoes available.

STREETWEAR
This Week at Palace

Another week, another Palace drop begging you to tap in. While the matching velour tracksuits commanded a lot of attention, ultimately the three reversible vest-hoodie combos won the spotlight. With a full zipper in play, the entire piece can be inverted inside-out making for a standard-looking white zipper hoodie. While the blue and white are my favorite, there’s also a solid black for you New Yorkers and Londoners.

FORMAL WEAR
Kamakura Shirts

There are 10+ button-down shirts in your closet that haven’t been touched in years. They don’t fit, the pattern sucks, or you just have more than you need. Kamakura shirts are largely recognized as the best in the business, and you will have them for as long as your waistline allows. I’d recommend starting with a New York Classic Fit if you’re in the market for a new shirt. Before you know it, you’ll find yourself in a custom fitting for their made-to-measure product.

OFFICE WEAR
Crockett & Jones Chelsea’s

If you are looking for the best Chelsea boot money can buy, it’s the C&J Chelsea 5 Rough-out suede boot. I don’t know what more to say because you just need to look at the picture. They use the best full-grain cuts of leather and they stand the test of time quality-wise (read the reviews).

ONE LAST THING….
Matches Mega-Sale

Courtesy of Matches

There is a positively ridiculous sale going on at Matches.com right now… Of the 2,000+ pieces on sale, there are luxury, street, work, formal, and office wear available so it’s hard to fit into one category. There are GH Bass loafers at >50% off, staple Lemaire pieces at 70% off, over 60 pieces of Polo Ralph Lauren on sale, and two dozen pieces from The North Face. All the while, The Row has remained exorbitantly expensive :/
