WORKWEAR
Look at these patinas…
The Uplands chukka comes in C.F. Stead's Waxy Commander leather from the UK, built on Viberg's new 1940 last that nods to the old US Navy boot shape. Goodyear welt construction with a channeled insole pairs with tan lining for structure that lasts. The brown sole and natural edge finish keep things clean while the three blind eyelets let the leather do the talking.
Edwin Viberg designed this blucher back in the 1960s, and the derby shape still works for dress or casual wear today. The same C.F. Stead Waxy Commander leather gets five blind eyelets and Goodyear welt construction with that channeled insole Viberg does so well. Tan lining and the brown sole match the Uplands if you want a two-boot rotation that makes sense.
STREETWEAR
Kapital Accessories
Kapital shapes cowhide leather into a two-fold wallet with a bone decoration that catches eyes without trying tooooooo hard. Five card pockets, two wallet sections, and a coin purse with zipper closure give you room for everything. Made in Japan with that silver finish that gets better with age and daily pocket carry. The bone detail sits just right—not too loud, not too quiet.
This cable knit piece works as a belly warmer or snood, made from 68% wool blend with pom-poms that add some life to the salmon pink color. The inner pocket holds keys or cash when you wear it either way. Japanese-made with that Kapital touch that makes basic cold-weather gear worth talking about. We dig how it pulls double duty without looking like it's trying to be clever.
FORMAL WEAR
American Shirtmaking
Portuguese flannel from Somelos mill blends 60% cotton with viscose and polyester for a mid-weight twill that has real depth in the apricot color. The brushed surface gives it that soft hand while smoke grey buttons with tension threading hold their ground through years of wear. Made to your specs in two weeks with Ledbury's 60-day guarantee backing it up. The color variation in the fabric keeps it interesting without being loud about it.
Pure cotton brushed twill in a houndstooth pattern gives you that flannel softness with a cleaner look than typical plaid. The green shade works with chinos or denim, and the button-down collar keeps things grounded. Double button barrel cuffs and reinforced buttons mean this shirt holds up to regular rotation. Made-to-order means the fit works exactly how you need it.
OFFICE WEAR
Simple Office Things
Pure merino wool with ribbed texture makes this quarter-zip feel substantial without weight dragging you down. The collar and zipper design let you adjust for the room while long sleeves work solo or under a jacket. The Finch color sits right between grey and beige, making it easy to pair with whatever pants you grabbed this morning. Natural merino means it breathes when the office heats up.
The cotton-modal blend with 2% spandex gives these pants that sueded feel with just enough stretch to move right. An elastic waist and welt back pockets keep the look clean while the garment-dyed barley color has that lived-in quality from day one. The relaxed slim fit with 29-inch inseam works untucked or with a sweater draped over. We like how the fabric holds its shape through a full day at the desk.Retry
