There’s a lot of utility today — product that serves a functional purpose. This is my favorite season during which to write TIM, and it’s largely due to the materials and hardware that make fall clothes unique from the summer brethren. I do hope you enjoy the letter.

In many ways, this guy is menswear. He turned Milan into a fashion heavyweight, and his tailoring transformed mens suiting for good. Armani’s legacy is solidified, and his impact will be felt for several generations to come.
